Appointment booking

Your clinic’s booking links

If your clinic sent you a text with a link to bookwilco.com, it’s so you can book or change your appointment in a few steps. Wilco runs these pages on the clinic’s behalf.

Hi Ana, we couldn’t reach you by phone. Book your appointment here:

Your clinic’s name comes before .bookwilco.com

How to recognise a genuine link

  1. It ends in .bookwilco.com

The address always looks like clinic-name.bookwilco.com. Be wary of look-alikes such as bookwilco-appointments.com or bookwiIco.com.

  2. It’s personal

Each link is unique to you and stops working after a while. Please don’t forward it.

  3. It only asks for what the appointment needs

Your name, your contact details and the details of the visit.

We will never ask for

  • Passwords or codes sent to you by text
  • Your bank PIN or security codes
  • You to install an app

Not sure?

Call your clinic on its usual number and ask whether they sent you the link. Don’t use numbers from a suspicious message.

Report a message or exercise your rights

If you received a message you didn’t expect, or want to access or delete your data, email us and we’ll pass it on to your clinic.
