1. Who is responsible

The clinic that sent you the link is the controller of your data for managing your appointment, and its own privacy notice applies.

AI Doppelgänger, Lda, trading as Wilco and registered in Portugal, provides the booking pages on the clinic’s behalf as a processor, following its instructions.

2. What data we process

The data included in your link (for example, your name, phone number or reason for contact) and what you enter when booking: your name, contact details, appointment preferences and, for veterinary clinics, your pet’s details.

Also technical connection data, such as IP address, browser and time, to deliver and protect the pages.

3. What we use it for

To show you availability, book or change your appointment in the clinic’s system and let the clinic know about the booking. We don’t use your data for advertising and we don’t sell it.

4. Who it is shared with

Your clinic and its appointment system, and the providers that host the service, such as Vercel, under the applicable data processing agreements.

5. This information page

This bookwilco.com information page does not use cookies or analytics.

6. International transfers

Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, safeguards such as a European Commission adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses apply.

7. How long it is kept

The retention period is set by the clinic in its agreement with Wilco.

8. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of or objection to processing, and portability of your data. Contact your clinic, or email us and we’ll pass your request on.

You can also complain to your local data protection authority, such as Spain’s AEPD or Portugal’s CNPD.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows the current version.
